For our nursing college with 120 trainees, we are seeking an Educational Specialist in Nursing (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification, either part-time or full-time (permanent position). Responsibilities

• You will teach with enthusiasm in all four training courses (training according to the Nursing Professions Act and Nursing Assistant Training) and design your lessons in a practical and creative manner.
• You will individually support and foster our trainees and assist them in their professional development.
• You will actively participate in the further development of our school curriculum.
• You will undertake practical support in accordance with the Nursing Professions Act and promote the transfer of theory to practice.
• You will engage in further training, e.g., for practical instruction or in internal further training.
• You will potentially assume the role of course leader for a course.

Profile

• A completed degree in nursing education or a comparable qualification (also possible in the final phase of studies).
• A completed apprenticeship as a nursing professional.
• Passion for teaching and joy in imparting knowledge.
• The ability to successfully link theory and practice.
• Digital competence and organizational talent.
• An open, cooperative mindset and teamwork skills.
