What are your tasks:
- Nursing and caring for residents with a person-centered approach
- Performing logistical and administrative tasks
- Assisting and supporting the development of the daily structure
- Participating in daily life on the ward
- General assistance in daily life and with meals
What you bring:
- Completed training as an Assistant in Health and Social Services or SRK Nursing Assistant
- 1-2 years of experience in the care and nursing of elderly and dependent people, preferably experience with residents suffering from dementia
- Enjoyment and motivation in working in a well-established team
- Responsibility, commitment, reliability, and flexibility
- Fluent German language skills
- Returnees are warmly welcome
