Care Assistant SRK / AGS EBA Night Service Residence IV 80%

• You will professionally and empathetically care for and support our residents during the night.
• You will perform nursing and care tasks according to your training and competencies.
• You will ensure the safety and well-being of our residents during the night.
• You will carefully document your observations, care, and support services in accordance with internal guidelines.
• You will ensure a smooth process and commit to a high quality of care and support.
• You will primarily be deployed in the residential group for people with disabilities, but will also take on shifts in departments for the elderly.

• Care Assistant SRK, Assistant in Health and Social Services EBA, or equivalent.
• Experience and joy in working with people with disabilities.
• Appreciative, empathetic, and resource-oriented attitude.
• Good observational skills, sense of responsibility, and reliable work ethic.
• Team spirit, flexibility, and solution-oriented action in changing situations.
