We offer you a high degree of flexibility combined with the advantages of permanent employment. Sounds too good to be true? Here are the facts about our model:

What you can look forward to

• You will be flexibly deployed in at least two medical areas (approx. 20-bed wards) of the USZ.
• There is no guarantee of assignments in this model, but the probability of being booked is high.
• You will be employed at an hourly wage, with a fixed compensation of CHF 58 per hour.
• For internal employees, the pool employment can only serve as a supplement to their existing activity at the USZ.

Our Benefits

With this model, we stand for flexibility and individual solutions. Whether you want fixed days and fixed shifts or want several months off, everything is possible. You can specify your availability up to a year in advance or change your plans on the same day.
Of course, you will receive the usual surcharges for Saturday, Sunday, and night work in addition to the stated salary.
