Adecco Care Professional 60-80% (m,w,d) for a renowned long-term care facility. We are looking for an engaged care professional in a workload of 60-80%. In this responsible position, you will take over the individual care and support of residents and contribute actively to their quality of life. Tasks - Care and Support: You will take over the comprehensive care and support of residents and ensure individualized care planning. ‰ - Care Processes: You will ensure the implementation of care processes and guarantee continuous improvement of care quality. ‹ - Teamwork: You will work closely with your team, support new colleagues, and promote a positive working atmosphere.  - Documentation: You will conduct care and activity documentation in accordance with legal requirements.
