To supplement our team at the RZ Sonnenbühl center, we are looking for a care professional to 50% (with regular working hours) . ## Responsibilities ## * Responsible for and ensuring medical basic care for clients at the center, taking into account existing legal and other guidelines (authorities, specialists, and ORS) * Lead and organize an effective triage according to urgency and severity, as well as subsequent coordination with medical organizations (emergency services, rescue organizations, doctors, dentists) * Perform medical first aid in emergency situations, nursing measures, and medically ordered measures * Manage the pharmacy under the guidance of a responsible pharmacist and emergency kit * Organize, advise, and partially personally perform regular training sessions for non-medical caregivers/center leadership on medical basic care/procedure in emergency situations and prevention * Identify, inform, initiate, and implement measures/structures regarding infectious diseases and general hygiene * Hold consultation hours at the center and/or in further accommodation units * Care for and manage medical files ## Profile ## * Tertiary education: Higher vocational qualification or equivalent (Eidg. Diploma / Post-diploma HF) * 0 to 1 year of relevant work experience * Basic and user knowledge of MS-Office applications * Unblemished reputation (no entry in the employment and criminal registers) * German | spoken: C1 | written: C1 * French | spoken: B2 | written: B2 * English | spoken: B2 | written: B2 * Driver's license / own car from an advantage * A driver's license category B and a personal vehicle are essential requirements ## ## For the tasks entrusted to you, you will take the initiative and fully engage.
