Your new employer: The Schmallenbach Association operates several facilities in Fröndenberg: the Schmallenbach House Heinrich, the Special Facility Demenz House Agnes on the Hirschberg, the House Hubertia in the city center, and in addition, the ambulatory service as well as day care in Bösperde. We are looking for a Care Professional (Old People's Care) (m/w/d) who shares this passion and wants to contribute to the success of our facilities. Your tasks will include: Providing individualized care and support to our residents, including assistance with daily living activities, personal care, and mobility. Developing and implementing personalized care plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals. Maintaining accurate records of resident care and services provided. Participating in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss resident care and service needs. Collaborating with other departments, such as nursing, therapy, and social work, to ensure comprehensive care for our residents. Providing emotional support and companionship to our residents. Your qualifications should include: A degree in gerontology, nursing, or a related field. At least 2 years of experience working in old people's care or a similar setting. Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and standards. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
