Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities as a Nursing Wound Expert (f/m/d)

We are dedicated to improving the quality of life of our residents and treating chronic wounds. As a Wound Manager (f/m/d), you play a crucial role in maintaining and improving the quality of life of our residents.

• Providing individual and activating care for our clients
• Responsibility for the assessment, documentation, and treatment of chronic wounds
• Support and evaluation of the facility-specific wound documentation system
• Conducting further training and continuing education in wound management
• Adherence to quality assurance measures

What You Bring to the Job as a Nursing Wound Expert (f/m/d)

• Completed vocational training in geriatric or health and nursing care
• Further training as a Wound Manager/Wound Expert is an advantage, but not strictly necessary (the further training can also be completed alongside work and with full cost coverage by us)
• Initial work experience is an advantage
• Enjoyment of working with elderly and care-dependent people
• Empathy and sense of responsibility
