Under the BioLife brand, Takeda currently operates 14 state-of-the-art plasma donation centers in Austria. BioLife is an industry leader in the collection of high-quality plasma. Blood plasma cannot be artificially produced and is the starting material for countless life-saving therapies. - Part-time position sought (28.5h = 3 days/week), one workday lasts 9.5h, workdays are regulated by a duty roster
- Attractive remuneration according to the collective bargaining agreement of the chemical industry (14 monthly salaries per year) + annual performance bonus

This is what you will achieve:
- Responsibility for the well-being and satisfaction of our donors
- Informing donors about the plasmapheresis process
- Assessing eligibility for donation through knowledge of admission and rejection criteria
- Performing venipuncture in compliance with hygiene standards
- Recognizing and providing initial treatment for donor reactions
- Documenting donor and device-related data (paper-based and electronic)
- Operating, performing maintenance, testing, cleaning, and disinfecting technical equipment in the donation area and documenting
- Supporting continuous improvement in the work area
This is what you bring:
- Completed training as a nursing assistant, licensed nurse, pediatric nurse, or midwife, as well as individuals with venipuncture authorization
- Registration in the health professions register required
- Several years of professional experience in an environment with patient contact is desired
- Experience with venipuncture is an advantage
- First aid knowledge
- Very good German language skills, English skills and another language are an advantage
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Positive personality with enjoyment of teamwork
- High quality standards, pronounced understanding of hygiene
- Good IT user skills as well as technical interest and dexterity

Motivated employees deserve to be appropriately compensated. For this important and responsible position, the salary ranges between € 3,464.-- and € 3,991.-- gross/month (full-time, KV chemical industry, 14 monthly salaries per year) plus an attractive annual performance bonus. The actual salary package depends on your professional experience, which forms the basis for recognized previous employment. Overpayment is possible with corresponding experience.
