For our location in Kreuzberg, we are looking for a Qualified Nurse Inpatient (m/f/d) in full-time and part-time, starting immediately.

đ Who we are
We operate a nursing home with currently 30 residents. Our home is supported by a small, well-coordinated team. Many colleagues have been working together for a long time. The interaction is direct and uncomplicated. The processes are short, decisions are made quickly.
We primarily care for chronically ill people. In addition to nursing and medical care, we also provide housekeeping services for our residents. Our work follows the fundamental principle of enabling every person a dignified life, securing their quality of life, and promoting their independence.

đ Your tasks
Holistic care and support of residents according to current nursing standards.
Planning, implementation, and documentation of the care process.
Administration of medication and performance of doctor-ordered procedures.
Monitoring the health status and initiating appropriate measures in case of changes.
Consultation and support of residents and their relatives.
Collaboration with doctors, therapists, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care.
đ Requirements
Training as a qualified nurse
Experience in inpatient care desirable
Clear focus on priorities, reliable communication, and enjoyment in strengthening a team
Willingness to take responsibility and help shape operational tasks
