📍 We are looking for you!

For our location in Kreuzberg, we are looking for a Registered Nurse Inpatient (m/f/d) in full-time and part-time, effective immediately.

 

 

🙋 Who we are

We operate a nursing home with currently 30 residents. Our facility is supported by a small, well-coordinated team. Many colleagues have been working together for a long time. The interaction is direct and uncomplicated. The processes are short, decisions are made quickly.

We primarily care for chronically ill individuals. In addition to nursing and medical care, we also provide household services for our residents. Our work follows the fundamental idea of enabling every person a dignified life, securing their quality of life, and promoting their independence.

📝 Your tasks

  • Holistic care and support of residents according to current nursing standards.

  • Planning, execution, and documentation of the care process.

  • Administration of medications and performance of doctor's orders.

  • Observation of health status and initiation of appropriate measures in case of changes.

  • Consultation and support of residents and their relatives.

  • Collaboration with doctors, therapists, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care.


🔑 Requirements

  • Training as a Registered Nurse

  • Experience in inpatient care desirable

  • Clear focus on priorities, reliable communication, and enjoyment of strengthening a team

  • Willingness to take responsibility and help shape operational tasks
