As a Palliative Care Nursing Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents with life-limiting illnesses. Your tasks will include: • Providing individualized care and support to our residents with life-limiting illnesses, • Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans, • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of resident care and treatment, • Participating in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices in palliative care. Requirements: • Completion of a nursing assistant program or equivalent experience, • 1-2 years of experience in healthcare, preferably in palliative care, • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, • Willingness to learn and adapt to changing situations.
