Care Professional (m/w/d)

We are looking for a Care Professional (m/w/d) with fixed-term part-time employment as of now. The remuneration will be in accordance with the collective agreement (TVöD-VKA P). We are a municipal residential and care center located in the heart of Mecklenburg and have been in operation for over 30 years. In addition to stationary care at our old people's home, we also offer supported living at our seniors' residence as well as an ambulatory care service in Lohmen and surrounding areas. Our residential and care center offers a wide range of services, including nursing care, therapy, and social support. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans. We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and has experience in the field of gerontology or a related area.
