With you, we'll be even better The Municipal Hospital Braunschweig gGmbH is the maximum care hospital for the Braunschweig region and with 1,499 beds one of the largest hospitals in Germany. With 21 clinics and ten independent clinical departments as well as seven institutes, almost the entire spectrum of medicine is covered. Almost 50,000 patients are treated annually on an inpatient basis and more than 200,000 patients on an outpatient basis. Cardiology at the Klinikum Braunschweig is a key area of focus. We are looking for a nursing professional (m|w|d) to support our team in the cardiology department. As a nursing professional, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working closely with our medical staff to develop individualized treatment plans, and contributing to the development of our department. Your tasks will include: • Providing patient care in accordance with the nursing process, • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, • Collaborating with medical staff to develop and implement treatment plans, • Participating in interdisciplinary team meetings, • Documenting patient data and treatment plans, • Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection regulations, • Participating in quality assurance and quality improvement measures, • Participating in continuing education and training, • Maintaining a high level of professional competence and staying up-to-date with the latest developments in the field.
