Almost 50,000 patients are treated annually on an inpatient basis and more than 200,000 patients on an outpatient basis. Cardiology at the Klinikum Braunschweig is a key area of focus. We are looking for a nursing professional (m|w|d) to support our team in the cardiology department. As a nursing professional, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working closely with our medical staff to develop individualized treatment plans, and contributing to the development of our department. Your tasks will include: • Providing patient care in accordance with the nursing process, • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, • Collaborating with medical staff to develop and implement treatment plans, • Participating in interdisciplinary team meetings, • Documenting patient data and treatment plans, • Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection regulations, • Participating in quality assurance and quality improvement measures, • Participating in continuing education and training, • Maintaining a high level of professional competence and staying up-to-date with the latest developments in the field.
