The main tasks of the job include: • Providing high-quality patient care with a focus on geriatric patients; • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans; • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care; • Participating in interdisciplinary rounds and meetings; • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records; • Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in geriatric medicine and incorporating this knowledge into daily practice. Requirements: • Degree in nursing or a related field; • 2-3 years of experience in geriatrics or a related field; • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Familiarity with electronic patient records and other relevant software; • Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
