Agatharied Hospital is a modern acute care clinic in the Miesbach district and has 350 planned beds. The medical service spectrum includes the specialties of acute and emergency medicine, general, visceral, vascular and endocrine surgery, trauma surgery and orthopedics with shoulder surgery, endoprosthetics and geriatric traumatology, cardiology, gastroenterology, neurology, geriatrics, gynecology and obstetrics, as well as pediatrics and adolescent medicine. Integrated into the hospital are practices for gynecology, radiology, oncology and radiation therapy. Agatharied Hospital is also an academic teaching hospital of LMU Munich, operates the Oberland outpatient surgery center, and three other medical care centers in Holzkirchen, Miesbach, and Rottach. Furthermore, there is a participation in the OPAL palliative care team, of which our hospital is a founding partner. To strengthen our team in Gynecology (Ward 11b), we are looking for a Registered Nurse (m/f/d) in full-time/part-time as soon as possible!

• Field of activity of a 3-year state-examined registered nurse on a surgical general care ward
• Care and management of gynecological patients
• Basic and specialized care organized by area and with skill-mix
• Execution of individual digital nursing documentation, care planning and evaluation
• Instructing, advising, and training patients and/or their relatives
• Empathy in the individual care and support of patients
• Planning and organization of internal ward processes and ensuring supply stability
• Adherence to and assurance of nursing quality according to professional and economic principles
• Implementation and further development of overarching and ward-internal nursing standards, as well as knowledge and observance of internal service and procedural instructions
• Execution of internal quality assurance to ensure patient-related nursing and treatment quality

• Completed training according to §1 Para.1 Nursing Professions Act (PflBG)
• Ideally with several years of professional experience in the care of gynecological patients
• Willingness to contribute your professional competence for the benefit of patient care, employee satisfaction, and the achievement of corporate goals
• The ability for constructive and cooperative interdisciplinary collaboration, across departments and professional groups, with colleagues and superiors
• You have the desire for active co-design and identification with the goals of our clinic
