Care Professional in the Residential and Support Group (m/w/d)

For our disability support organization, we are looking for you to join us part-time with 50-80% in Ravensburg-Obereschach as soon as possible. Since autumn 2025, we have been living and working in our new building. In our residential community with an integrated support area, we accompany 9 residents aged 21 to 49 years. The focus is on independence and social participation – not on care. Many of our residents are actively involved in various activities, such as sports, music, or art. We also offer a variety of leisure activities, including hiking, cycling, or simply spending time with friends. Our team consists of experienced professionals who work together to create a supportive environment for our residents. As a care professional, you will be part of this team and support our residents in their daily lives. Your tasks will include: • Accompanying and supporting our residents in their daily routines, • Assisting with personal care and hygiene, • Helping with household chores and meal preparation, • Participating in leisure activities and outings, • Collaborating with other professionals to develop individualized care plans.
