Qualified Nurse / Geriatric Nurse as Training Coordinator (m/f/d)

Full-time, Part-time | permanent Fachpflegeheim Dornstadt, Dornstadt

We are looking for a Qualified Nurse (m/f/d) for Training Coordination for the specialized care home in Dornstadt in part-time/full-time (20-39 hours/week). For this role, you will be 100% exempt from nursing duties. The activity takes place on weekdays.


Responsibilities
  • You plan and structure the practical placements for the nursing training of our 10-14 internal and external trainees.
  • You provide individual and group training for the trainees in your facility.
  • You train the practical instructors and coordinate mandatory further training.
  • You maintain close contact with the nursing schools and the practical sites for external placements.
  • You actively help to find new trainees, for example at career fairs and school visits.

Profile
  • Completed training as a geriatric nurse or general nurse, or a university degree with a nursing focus
  • Further qualification as a practical instructor
  • Enjoyment of supporting and developing trainees
  • Sense of responsibility and professionalism
  • Team spirit and empathy
