We are looking for a Skilled Nurse (m/f/d) for Training Coordination in full-time for the specialized nursing home in Dornstadt. For this role, you will be 100% free from nursing duties.
Responsibilities
- You plan and structure the practical placements for the nursing training of our internal and external trainees.
- You provide individual and group training for the trainees in your facility.
- You train the practical instructors and coordinate mandatory further training.
- You maintain close contact with the nursing schools and the practical training sites for external placements.
- You actively help to find new trainees, for example at job fairs and during school visits.
Profile
- Completed training as a geriatric nurse or general nurse, or a university degree with a nursing focus
- Further training as a practical instructor
- Enjoyment of mentoring and developing trainees
- Sense of responsibility and professionalism
- Team spirit and empathy
