The Havelland Kliniken Group is an association of seven healthcare and social welfare companies, whose facilities are spread throughout the entire Havelland district in western Brandenburg. With around 2,500 employees and trainees, we are the largest employer in the region.

Wohn- und Pflegezentrum Havelland GmbH (WPZ) is the largest provider of stationary elderly care in the district. We are represented with four senior care centers throughout Havelland; more than 312 full-time employees and 55 own trainees work with us.

What do we expect from you as a qualified nurse in senior care?

You have completed training as an elderly care nurse, or as a qualified nurse. Or you are a health and sick nurse or registered nurse (m/f/d) and want to switch to senior care? We welcome that!

Professional experience in senior care, elderly care, short-term or long-term care is ideal, but of course not an exclusive requirement. We will train you comprehensively.

We offer you attractive and fair conditions at a modern and easily accessible workplace in Havelland, west of Berlin. The basis is the employment contract directive of WPZ (from 01/01/2026):

- Permanent, unlimited employment contract

- Previous employment will be recognized in the pay scale in six experience levels

- Recognized qualified nurses earn €3709.68 to €4289.09 as base pay in full-time

plus annual special payment

- Supplements e.g. for shift or rotating shift, night work, Sundays and public holidays,

also for “coming in on days off”

- 30 days of vacation for full-time employment plus rotating shift vacation, annual special payment

- Precise working time recording and timely duty roster via app

- Subsidy for Jobticket/Deutschlandticket

- JobRad possible, alternatives like Flexcare as a relief worker with a car for private use

or parent shift solutions are feasible, also accommodation options in Stadtforst

- Good and quick accessibility by public transport, as well as parking facilities
