Your Role

You are the face of the Home Help Agency in your region
Marketing and sales activities – building your own team of home helpers and customers
Coordination of your team – ensuring care for all clients in need in your district
Contact person for your district – you represent your district in all concerns and decisions towards the headquarters

Completed vocational training as a nursing specialist (e.g., doctor, health and pediatric nurse, geriatric nurse, social worker, educator, family helper, domestic management director, master of domestic economics, village helper, or home economist for targeted support services in the area of household-related services)
Passion for social interaction or desire for a career change
Very good German language skills, both written and spoken (at least C1)
