Qualified Nurse as Practical Instructor (m/f/d)

• Planning and support of the onboarding of our new employees
• Involvement on the residential unit
• Overall responsibility for practical training
• Ensuring the transfer of skills for trainees to achieve training goals, maintaining contact with the nursing school and external partners
• Ensuring and further developing quality management
• Conducting employee training on nursing-related topics

• Completed vocational training as a qualified nurse in geriatric or general nursing
• Further training as a practical instructor
• Willingness to implement a holistic and resident-oriented nursing concept
• Empathy and social skills, as well as strong organizational talent
• Competent demeanor in dealing with residents, employees, and relatives
• General PC skills (MS Office, specialized application programs)
