• You ensure optimal nursing and psychosocial care
• Documentation is not only your thing, but you also enjoy it

• Completed vocational training as a specialist in geriatric or general adult nursing or as a registered nurse
• Desire for further development: We will support you on the path to becoming a deputy care manager
• Enjoyment of process improvements within nursing and documentation work
• Empathy, teamwork, and strong communication skills
• Confident and competent demeanor in dealing with residents, employees, and other professional groups
