Registered Nurse as (Aspiring) Quality Management Officer* (m/f/d) - from September 1, 2026, or by arrangement -
Part-time 25 hours/week, in leave of absence

Your profile:
Completed training as a registered nurse with at least 2 years of professional experience
Qualification in quality management or the willingness to acquire it
Experience and competence in change and case management
Decision-making skills, organizational talent, and a sense of responsibility
Proficient PC skills in MS Office 365
Your tasks:
You are also willing to coordinate our creative support team
You will support the nursing management and the facility in all aspects of nursing quality assurance, such as nursing audits, professional supervision, conducting quality circles, etc.
Support in the implementation of procedural instructions/process descriptions/standards from the Quality Management Handbook
Ensuring necessary quality assurance measures in risk, error, and improvement management
Regular conduct of internal training sessions
