The tasks and responsibilities of the caregiver with vocational training function include: • Providing care and support to residents in accordance with their individual needs and preferences. • Developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and treatment. • Participating in staff meetings and contributing to the development of care and treatment plans. • Collaborating with other caregivers and healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care for residents. • Providing emotional support and companionship to residents and their families. • Participating in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge. • Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to the principles of data protection. • Performing other duties as required by the home and the interdisciplinary team. Requirements: • Completion of a vocational training program in care and nursing or a related field. • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role or in a related field. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection principles. • Willingness to participate in training and professional development opportunities. • Ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment.
