Your Profile:

• Completed training as a Registered Nurse HF or as a FaGe, recognized by the SRK (Swiss Red Cross)
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing
• Enjoyment of working in a cheerful team and a respectful interaction
• Empathy, warmth, and respect in dealing with our residents
• Organizational skills and good computer skills

Your Responsibilities:

• Responsibility and coordination of daily operational business
• Direct nursing services and active participation in the nursing process
• Support for residents and relatives in crisis situations
• Promotion of a familial atmosphere and support in implementing the mission statement
