• Ensuring high-quality care and support for our residents

• Successfully completed 1-year training as a geriatric care assistant, nursing assistant, health and nursing care assistant, or successfully completed external examination as a nursing assistant with sufficient professional experience
• Motivation to actively shape resident and needs-oriented care and to perform responsible nursing tasks for residents
• A high degree of empathy
• Flexible and team-oriented approach to work and willingness to work shifts and weekends
