Tasks - Professional guidance and support for nursing teams in daily operations and challenging situations - Initiation and implementation of nursing-related development projects at department level - Participation in direct patient care to stay close to practice and bring expertise - Conceptualization and implementation of internal training sessions and professional inputs - Close cooperation with leadership and education within the Shared Governance Model Profile - Master's degree or equivalent in nursing science - Acute care experience, preferably in the field of internal medicine - Enjoy sharing knowledge and strengthening others' professional development - Integrative work style with a strong team spirit - High communication skills and solution-oriented thinking.
