in Combination with Further Employment on the Neonatology Station Your Tasks * You support and advise the nursing team in implementing their mandate and complex care for our smallest patients. * You take over the professional responsibility for developing and securing our high-quality nursing and care. * You work closely and constructively with the Nursing Expert, Head of Nursing, the Vocational Trainer, and the multi-professional team together. * The further development of clinical and conceptual, evidence-based nursing lies in your responsibility. Your Profile * Diploma in Nursing FH or HF * MAS in Nursing / BScN or willingness to pursue a corresponding further education * At least two years of professional experience in neonatal care * Your leadership skills enable you to inspire colleagues and successfully accompany them through change processes ## Your Salary ## **Your gross salary is expected to be between 89,000 and 109,000 Swiss francs per year.** The exact salary will be determined based on our salary guidelines. Applicants who do not yet possess the required knowledge or experience can be placed below the salary band in individual cases. For irregular working hours, bonuses are often awarded.
