Your specific responsibilities:

• You are responsible for the professional, organizational, and economic management of our social station
• You conduct counseling and admission interviews, engage in customer acquisition, and are the contact person (m/f/d) for our clients
• You are responsible for the creation and control of duty and tour schedules
• As a manager, you are a trustworthy contact person for your employees, ensure the professional guidance of your team, and create a friendly, appreciative, and motivating work environment
• You are responsible for all organizational matters of the station, such as checking equipment, procurement, and fleet management
• In addition, you participate in interest groups and committees of the association and maintain contact with doctors (m/f/d), hospitals, and supervisory authorities
• You implement the required quality management specifications within your area of responsibility
• Furthermore, you will undertake tours to our clients as needed
  
  

• Completed training as a certified nursing professional or a comparable degree
• Further training as a PDL (at least 460 hours)
• At least two years of professional experience in nursing within the last five years, as well as practical experience in outpatient nursing
• Entrepreneurial thinking and action, as well as an independent way of working
• A deep understanding of the clientele in the social sector and enjoyment in accompanying elderly and needy people
• A high degree of empathy and strong communication skills
