We are part of a strong network and cooperate with pharmacies and medical supply stores, among others.

For the Heilbronn location, we are looking for:

Nursing Service Management / Deputy Nursing Service Management (m/f/d)

• You are responsible for ensuring and further developing the quality of care from professional, legal, and economic perspectives.
• You will take over the professional instruction, onboarding, and motivating leadership of employees and manage personnel deployment planning as well as the optimization of work and care processes.
• You promote appreciative communication with care recipients and their relatives.

• You have completed training as a geriatric nurse, general and pediatric nurse, registered nurse, or nursing specialist, as well as further training as a nursing service manager or a degree in nursing management.
• If you do not yet have further training as a nursing service manager but are willing to obtain it soon, we will gladly support you.
• Experience as a manager in outpatient services is advantageous, but not a requirement.
• You communicate professionally with employees, relatives, and cooperation partners.
