For a growing Spitex organization with a focus on outpatient care and family caregiver support, we are looking for a dedicated and strong leadership personality as Head of Nursing (PDL).

• Professional, personnel, and organizational leadership of the nursing and care team
• Ensuring professional and high-quality nursing care in accordance with legal requirements
• Professional guidance, advice, and support for family caregivers
• Responsibility for care planning, nursing documentation, and correct service recording
• Conducting nursing visits, case conferences, and quality controls
• Optimization of internal nursing processes and efficient personnel and deployment planning
• Promotion and further development of employees
• Collaboration with clients, family caregivers, doctors, and other specialists
• Close cooperation with management and active participation in organizational development

Our Requirements

• Completed training as a registered nurse HF/FH or an equally recognized qualification
• Several years of professional experience in nursing, ideally in the Spitex sector
• Leadership experience as Head of Nursing, Deputy Head of Nursing, or Team Leader
• In-depth knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system and legal frameworks
• Experience in quality assurance, care planning, and nursing documentation
• Strong leadership and social skills, as well as excellent communication skills
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Organizational skills and business acumen
• Very good German language skills and confident use of digital nursing documentation systems
