As Nursing Management (PDL), you are the primary professional and organizational lead in the nursing service. You lead the team, support the employees in their daily work, and ensure that care is delivered with high quality, safety, and accuracy.

What you will do with us:

• You will lead and support our nursing team in their daily work
• You will be the direct point of contact for our certified nursing professionals
• You will lead daily team meetings and coordinate workflows
• You will assign tasks and ensure efficient work processes
• You will make professional and organizational decisions in the nursing area
• You will conduct needs assessments for new clients and assign them to the team
• You will review care plans, progress reports, and reassessments
• You will conduct quality and employee performance reviews
• You will assist with health insurance audits
• You will help with hiring and onboarding new employees
• In short: You will lead the nursing service professionally and organizationally.

What you bring with you:

• Degree as a Certified Nursing Professional HF/FH
• Experience in Spitex or outpatient care is an advantage
• Enjoyment of leadership, organization, and teamwork
• You can motivate people and communicate clearly
• You work in a structured, responsible, and solution-oriented manner
• You are familiar with Spitex software or will learn it quickly
• You are proficient with a laptop and feel confident and comfortable using digital tools
• Driver's license category B
