Care Service Leadership (m/w/d) Care Home Thedinghausen - House in the Citizenry

The Aller-Weser-Care gGmbH (AWCare) is a subsidiary of the Aller-Weser-Klinik. It includes the care facilities "House in the Citizenry" in Thedinghausen, "House am Hesterberg" as well as the day care Dörverden. Around 170 employees ensure the well-being of residents and guests. We are looking for a Care Service Leadership (m/w/d) to take over the leadership of the care service at the "House in the Citizenry" from July 1, 2026 or by arrangement for our location in Thedinghausen. Tasks you will take on: You will lead the care service at the "House in the Citizenry" under the responsibility of the management team. Your main tasks will be to plan, organize and control the daily operations of the care service, including the coordination of staff and resources. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the care service is provided in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations. In addition, you will be involved in the development and implementation of new concepts and ideas for the care service. Requirements: You have a degree in nursing or a related field and several years of experience in a leadership position in the healthcare sector. You are familiar with the relevant laws and regulations governing the provision of care services. You have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and make decisions.
