Your tasks in the facility:

As a motivated leadership figure, you are responsible for the overall care area, including the planning and organization of various living areas
Your organizational talent helps you plan and organize the different living areas
As a leadership figure, you recognize the individual needs and potential of your employees and promote these
With your open and sympathetic nature, you manage to inspire applicants in job interviews
You ensure the long-term care quality and documentation according to MDK guidelines in close cooperation with residents, relatives, your care team, and cross-functional departments
You have an open ear for residents and their relatives at all times

What you bring with you:

You have a completed vocational training as a qualified care worker, geriatric nurse, and/or health and nursing assistant
You have a completed degree in the field of care or recognition as a care services leader according to §71 SGB XI
You possess extensive knowledge in the area of quality management
You are welcome with us as a care services leader with or without professional experience
You are a team player and possess empathy in dealing with residents and colleagues
You are communicative and approach daily challenges with a solution-oriented mindset
You work independently, motivatingly, and laugh gladly – we do too
