Your qualification: Completed training in gerontology or healthcare and nursing
Further education to Nursing Service Leadership or comparable qualification
Multiple years of professional experience in stationary care, ideally in a leadership position
Fundamental knowledge of statutory regulations and quality standards in the healthcare sector
Outstanding leadership and social competence as well as communication strength
