We are looking for a committed and qualified Nursing Service Leader (m/w/d) for a seniors' home in Stollberg.
In this responsible position, you will be in charge of leading and organizing the nursing area with a focus on high-quality standards. Your tasks: Professional and organizational leadership of the nursing area with a focus on highest quality standards
Leadership and development of the nursing team through appreciative communication
Safeguarding the quality of care according to statutory regulations and internal standards
Closely working together with home management, doctors, and relatives for optimal care
Continuously developing nursing concepts and actively shaping the institution
Your qualifications: Completed training in geriatric or healthcare nursing and further education in Nursing Service Leadership
At least two years of professional experience as a Nursing Service Leader
Leadership skills and empathy when dealing with staff members and residents
Organizational talent and secure knowledge of care documentation and quality management
Team spirit and communication strength, as well as enthusiasm for responsible work
