We are looking for a committed and qualified Nursing Service Leader (m/w/d) for an elderly care home in Mücheln.
In this responsible position, you will be responsible for leading and organizing the nursing department with a focus on high-quality standards. Your tasks: Professional and organizational leadership of the nursing department with a focus on highest quality standards
Leadership and development of the nursing team through appreciative communication
Safeguarding the quality of care in accordance with statutory regulations and internal standards
Close cooperation with home management, doctors, and relatives for optimal care
Continued development of care concepts and active shaping of the institution
Your qualification: Completed training in gerontology or healthcare and further education to Nursing Service Leader
At least two years of professional experience as a Nursing Service Leader
Leadership skills and empathy when dealing with employees and residents
Organizational talent and secure knowledge of nursing documentation and quality management
Team spirit and communication strength, as well as enthusiasm for responsible work
