Planung und Steuerung des Personaleinsatzes inkl. Dienst- und Urlaubsplanung
Sicherstellung und Weiterentwicklung des Qualitäts- und Pflegemanagements (z. B. nach MDK-/QPR-Vorgaben)
Ansprechpartner/in für Bewohner, Angehörige sowie externe Partner und Partnerinnen
Your qualification: Examinierte Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d)
Qualification to Pflegedienstleitung according to § 71 SGB XI or equivalent (e.g. further education in nursing management)
Mehrjährige Erfahrung in leitender Funktion im stationären Pflegebereich
Fundiertes Wissen im Qualitätsmanagement, Pflegekonzepten und gesetzlichen Vorgaben
Organisationsgeschick sowie Freude an Struktur, Entwicklung und Qualität
