As a specialized personnel agency in the Medical & Healthcare sector, medcareer is looking for a Nursing Service Leadership (m/w/d) on behalf of a care facility for an elderly home near Neuss. Your tasks: Professional and organizational leadership of the nursing department
Safety and further development of nursing quality
Leadership, motivation, and development of the nursing team
Scheduling, deployment, and vacation planning
Implementation of statutory regulations and quality standards
Your qualifications: Completed nursing education with PDL qualification
Professional experience in stationary elderly care
Leadership skills and organizational talent
Responsibility and decision-making strength
Knowledge in quality and nursing management
Your advantage: Annual gross salary dependent on experience
