Your tasks: Leadership and coordination of the nursing staff (scheduling, deployment control, team management)
Safety and monitoring of the nursing care and quality of care
Responsibility for compliance with nursing standards, hygiene and documentation guidelines
Contact person for residents, relatives and external partners, including quality assurance and complaint management
Participation in personnel development and training planning for the nursing and care team
Your qualification: Completed education in gerontology or healthcare and nursing
Further education or qualification as a nursing service leadership/nursing management or comparable leadership experience
Leadership skills and experience in staff management or leadership of a nursing team
Very good knowledge of quality of care, hygiene regulations, nursing documentation and legal requirements
Empathy, communication skills and confident demeanor when dealing with residents, relatives and colleagues
