As a specialized personnel agency in the Medical & Healthcare sector, medcareer is looking for a Pflegedienstleitung (m/w/d) on behalf of a care facility for an elderly home in Krefeld. Your tasks: Professional and organizational leadership of the care department
Safety and further development of care quality
Leadership, motivation, and development of the care team
Scheduling, deployment, and vacation planning
Implementation of statutory regulations and quality standards
Your qualifications: Completed nursing education with PDL qualification
Professional experience in stationary elderly care
Leadership competence and organizational talent
Responsibility awareness and decision-making strength
Knowledge in quality and care management
