In the name of a renowned seniors' home near Bochum, we are looking for a committed care service leader (m/w/d) who ensures the highest level of nursing care with heart, competence, and foresight. Your tasks: Professional and organizational leadership of the care team as well as ensuring high-quality care and support
Personnel management and development: Staff planning, onboarding new colleagues, and promoting teamwork
Quality management: Implementation and further development of care standards and preparation for MDK inspections
Interface management: Close cooperation with doctors, relatives, authorities, and home management
Care documentation and controlling: Monitoring of care processes and economic control of the care area
Your profile: Completed training as a care professional (nursing assistant, health and nursing assistant or comparable)
At least 2 years of work experience as a care service leader in stationary elderly care
Leadership skills and empathy: You motivate your team and have an open ear for employees and residents
Organizational talent: You keep the overview even in challenging situations
Professional expertise: In-depth knowledge of care standards, quality management, and current legislation
