In collaboration with a renowned seniors' home near Ihlienworth, we are seeking a dedicated Care Service Leadership (m/w/d) on a full-time basis. Your tasks: Professional and organizational leadership of the care service with responsibility for quality and processes
Führung und Entwicklung eines motivierten Pflegeteams mit regelmäßigen Mitarbeitergesprächen
Sicherstellung höchster Pflegestandards nach aktuellen gesetzlichen Vorgaben und Qualitätsrichtlinien
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Angehörigen, Ärzten und externen Partnern für optimale Bewohnerversorgung
Aktive Mitgestaltung der Einrichtungsentwicklung und Implementierung innovativer Pflegekonzepte
Your profile: Completed training as an examined care professional (geriatric care, health and nursing care)
Further education to Care Service Leadership or comparable qualification
At least 2 years of work experience in a comparable leadership position in the seniors' sector
