Your tasks: Ensuring quality of care and QM
Dienstplanung und Personalentwicklung
Implementation of expert standards
Collaboration with relatives/doctors
Steering of key figures and audits
Your profile: Examination in gerontology or healthcare/nursing
Further education to nursing service leadership (PDL)
At least 2 years of PDL experience
Leadership competence and communication strength
Safe handling of documentation/IT
