Your tasks: Leadership and coordination of the nursing staff (scheduling, deployment control, team management)
Surety and monitoring of the nursing care and quality of care
Responsibility for compliance with nursing standards, hygiene, and documentation guidelines
Point of contact for residents, relatives, and external partners, including quality assurance and complaint management
Participation in staff development and further education planning for the nursing and care team
Your qualification: Completed training in gerontology or healthcare and nursing
Further education or qualification as a nursing service leadership/nursing management or comparable leadership experience
Leadership competence and experience in personnel management or leadership of a nursing team
Very good knowledge of quality of care, hygiene regulations, nursing documentation, and statutory requirements
Empathy, communication skills, and confident demeanor when dealing with residents, relatives, and staff members
