For an elderly care home in Bad Rappenau we are looking for an engaged and empathetic nursing service leadership (m/w/d) who sets fresh impulses with heart and competence. Your tasks: Ensuring and developing the quality of care in the house
Führung, Motivation, and Förderung of the nursing team
Dienst- und Einsatzplanung according to statutory provisions
Trustworthy point of contact for residents, relatives, and external partners
Implementation of current care and quality standards
Your qualification: Recognition as a nursing service leadership according to §71 SGB XI
Completed training in gerontology or healthcare & nursing
At least two years of professional experience as a nursing service leader
Organizational skills & communication strength
Good knowledge of care and quality management
