For a renowned nursing home in Rechberghausen, we are looking for an engaged nursing service leadership (m/w/d) as soon as possible. Your tasks: Leadership and development of the nursing team
Safety of nursing quality and adherence to standards
Duty roster responsibility and personnel development
Implementation of expert standards and MD examinations
Communication with residents, relatives, and interfaces
Your profile: Examined nurse with PDL further education according to §71 SGB XI
At least two years of professional experience as a nursing service leadership
Fundamental knowledge in quality management and MDK requirements
Organizational strength, empathy, and decision-making confidence
Safe handling of digital nursing documentation systems
