Intensive Care Unit Nursing Leadership (m/w/d)

We are an ambulatory intensive care unit nursing service with a focus on out-of-hospital intensive care and are looking for a committed intensive care unit nursing leadership (m/w/d) who not only brings expertise from intensive care nursing, but also experience in leadership. Tasks Team leadership – responsibility for the professional and organizational leadership of the nursing team, promotion of a positive team culture as well as support for employees in their daily work. Service planning – creation and coordination of the duty roster, taking into account the needs of patients and staff, ensuring that the necessary resources are available at all times. Patient care – provision of high-quality patient care, including monitoring and treatment of critically ill patients, implementation of individualized care plans, and collaboration with other healthcare professionals. Communication – establishment and maintenance of effective communication with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals, taking into account cultural and linguistic diversity. Quality management – development and implementation of quality management systems to ensure high-quality patient care, continuous monitoring and evaluation of processes and outcomes, identification and implementation of improvements. Education and training – provision of ongoing education and training for employees, including continuing professional development, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality patient care. Leadership – provision of leadership and guidance to employees, promoting a positive work environment and supporting them in their daily work. Flexibility – flexibility in scheduling and workload management, taking into account the needs of patients and staff. Work-life balance – promotion of a healthy work-life balance for employees, including flexible working hours, ensuring that they have time for personal and family responsibilities. Certification – certification as an intensive care unit nursing leadership (m/w/d) is required.
