Your Responsibilities

Are you ready to actively shape the quality of care as a manager and lead a team? Set standards in outpatient care and further develop concepts.
Take on a meaningful task within Paritätischer Niedersachsen.

• Personnel management, control, and planning in an area of responsibility for 36 employees
• Implementation of efficient nursing management
• Monitoring of the entire nursing and care process and ensuring our quality standards
• Conceptualization, co-design, and implementation of change processes and further development of the care concept as well as quality guidelines and standards
• Conducting information and admission interviews with patients and their relatives and informing them about the necessary care services
• Steering outpatient care based on business key figures in cooperation with regional management

Your Profile

• State-recognized qualification as a nursing professional
• Further training as a Nursing Service Manager with at least 460 hours
• Ideally, professional experience in the management or deputy management of an outpatient nursing service
• Independent, reliable, and responsible way of working
• Good knowledge of social law, especially SGB V and XI
• Experience in IT-supported duty scheduling
• Confident use of MS Office (especially Excel) as well as specialized software in outpatient care (ideally nCara)
